Asha Mullen
Storm IDLtd
At 25, Chloe is carving out her own path in technology driven by
curiosity, responsibility and a determination to bring others with her.
After moving from compliance into AI transformation, she has turned
complex ideas into practical change and created learning
experiences that have helped hundreds of colleagues build
confidence with AI. Beyond work, she is a Director of SPACE an
Edinburgh charity where she contributes across AI and finance.
Chloe’s ambition reaches far beyond personal success. She wants to
shape a technology sector where women from every background can
participate, lead and help decide what its future looks like.
My work sits at the intersection of responsible AI and public service
reform. Within months of joining Storm ID, I led the research and
analysis behind 'Automate Tasks, Not Jobs', the first Scotland-specific
study of its kind. Examining 50 high-volume public services, I
developed a rigorous, human-validated methodology showing how
responsible AI could release millions of staff hours for human-centred
work. The findings gained coverage and contributed to conversations
with public-sector organisations, MSPs and MPs. I have also helped
shape Storm ID’s AI proposition and led client workshops and strategy
work, demonstrating the impact early-career women can make in
technology.
