Meg Sutton is a Staff Software Engineer at Kaluza in Edinburgh,
bringing over 12 years of experience in building data-driven platforms.
Specializing in energy-flexibility SaaS, she sets the technical direction
for a 30-engineer squad, architecting scalable, multi-tenant
distributed systems using Go, Typescript, and Kubernetes. Meg is a
passionate advocate for developer productivity and AI enablement,
having built Claude Code agent skills and authored comprehensive
AI-assisted development guidelines for her team. As a dedicated
everyday leader, she actively champions her peers, having launched
technical mentorship programs to cultivate talent and grow
engineers into senior roles.
Anushree Sarvey Sathish is a Senior Data Engineer at 1datapipe®, with over
six years of experience spanning software and data engineering. In a
relatively short career, she progressed from software engineering into
taking functional leadership of data engineering, supporting 1datapipe’s
expansion across 26 markets. She has become a trusted point of
connection across engineering, product, operations and commercial
teams, influencing not only how the platform is built but also how the
product evolves. She brings technical insight into product and roadmap
decisions, taking ownership of challenges beyond her formal role and
turning complex requirements into practical solutions. Her leadership is
grounded in influence rather than authority. Outside her core role, she
contributes to the wider technology community through mentoring and
volunteering.

Former Dropbox Employee
I'm a Principal Technical Account Manager at Adobe whose
leadership philosophy is simple: true & ultimate leadership isn’t about
title, but about how you help others succeed. I create opportunities for
colleagues to shadow, learn, lead and take ownership, helping others
build confidence and grow through experience. Beyond leading
strategic customer initiatives, I'm deeply committed to community
impact, using my energy and influence to connect, empower and
champion those around me. My Everyday Leader nomination reflects
the way I show up every day: leading with empathy, sharing
opportunities, championing others and creating space for people
around me to grow.
At Dropbox, as global co-lead of Women@Dropbox, she championed
a more inclusive workplace by relaunching Lean In Circles, leading a
circle herself, and initiating a pioneering webinar series on
perimenopause and menopause, bringing long-overdue
conversations into the open. Natalie believes leadership isn’t defined
by a title, but by the courage to challenge the status quo, turn ideas
into action and help others feel seen, heard and supported. Now
Channel Lead at Freshworks, she continues to champion connection,
inclusion and positive change.
