Linda Scott is a strategic executive with more than 35 years'
experience across the private, public and third sectors, and a
passionate champion of women in tech. As CMO at CodeClan,
Scotland's leading digital skills provider, she opened routes into tech
for people from every background, and at Zühlke she helped found
the "Women Who Impact" series. Having left school with nothing and
built her career through networking, listening and taking chances,
Linda mentors with honesty and heart, helping women set goals, grow
skills, build networks and find the confidence to lead. Her impact lives
on in every mentee she uplifts.
Andrea Rosales is an AI leader and researcher with over 15 years of
experience in technology, passionate about making the industry more
inclusive. Alongside her professional career, she dedicates her time to
pro bono mentoring and sponsorship, helping women overcome
barriers to entering and progressing in tech through career guidance,
confidence-building, and AI upskilling. Through MosAIc and her roles
as a mentor with FLISS and an ambassador for Digital Sistas, she
advocates for greater opportunities for underrepresented women. Her
support has helped mentees secure employment, pursue
postgraduate education and gain confidence in their abilities and
career aspirations.
